Zoology Lab

​

Zoology laboratory provides learning a process of experimentation, physical experience, practicing a skill/procedure, analysis, working collaboratively, etc. The laboratory is well equipped with different types of teaching aids such as models, specimens, charts, permanent slides, microscopes . The Zoology Laboratory provides the students with a suitable environment to develop a detailed understanding of the animal kingdom by exploring the physical, morphological and physiological characteristics of animals. Students conduct dissections of prawn, cockroach, honeybee, earthworm etc. We have various scientific instruments like Colorimeter, Centrifuge, Chromatographic instrument etc. Staff & students of the College can make use of Weighing Machine to check their body weight. Haemocytometer is used for calculating RBC,WBC and can test their Blood groups also from Zoology Lab by using Antiserum kit.
